We take full measures to ensure that our store is always stocked with the latest products. In case a product does go out of stock, you will be informed immediately as you add that item to your shopping cart. The item will then not be added to your cart.

There is no limit to the number of products you can order. However, COD is available up till Rs 15,000 only.

Yes, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order. You can contact our Customer Assistance team with your order details and we shall take the required steps. Please refer to Return & Exchange for further details .

All our products are authentic and ethically sourced and manufactured. We take complete responsibility for our products and take great steps to provide you only authentic products.


In case of an Online Transaction

  • After you place your order, 3 visits will be made by the courier personnel to deliver the product to your registered address.
  • If the product is not accepted within these 3 visits, the product will return to its shipping point until further information is given by the customer.

In case of Cash on Delivery order

  • The courier company will directly call the customer to check their availability.
  • If the customer is not present when the courier company attempts to deliver the parcel, 3 more attempts will be made automatically.
  • The parcel will then be re-dispatched only after the customer provides proper instructions.
  • If you notice that your parcel is damaged in any way, please do not accept it and return it to the courier personnel with its original packing material.
  • Kindly contact our Customer Assistance team with your grievance and action will be taken immediately.

Each order is shipped to only one address. If you wish to have the products delivered to multiple addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
