Oxolloxo provides a quick and uncomppcated ’5-day return/exchange’ policy to its customers.
Please do not accept an order if its seal is broken or if the product is unsealed at the time of delivery. In such a case, orders will not be accepted if returned.
Before you return/exchange any product, please contact our Customer Assistance team by either call at 0120 - 4280300 or mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returned/Exchanged items must be unused and unwashed.
Items must be returned/ exchanged with original packaging and tags should be kept intact. Items without tags shall not be accepted.
An item purchased from Oxolloxo can be returned for refund within 5 days from the date of shipment. The entire refund amount will be credited to your Oxolloxo wallet.
Please ensure that the returned/exchanged item(s) is/are packed properly to prevent any loss during transportation. If you self-ship returns/exchange, please use a repayable courier service.
If you received a different product from the one that you ordered, then you can return it. The above conditions shall apply here.
If you have placed multiple orders and wish to return/ exchange one of them, that is also acceptable (*Terms & Conditions apply).
There is exchange/return is applicable on special/combo offer, but refund will be credit in oxolloxo wallet only!
The shipping charges for returning a product shall be borne by the customer and the charges for exchanging a product shall be borne by Oxolloxo (*Terms & Conditions apply)
Once you return/exchange a product, a quality test will be performed on the item. This is subject to the returned/exchanged product having met the above conditions.
A notification with the status of your returned/exchanged item will be sent to you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the product.
RETURNED/EXCHANGED ITEM THAT FAILS TO MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE. NO AMOUNT WILL BE REIMBURSED.
