Shipping policy

We understand how important it is to receive your purchased product in the best condition and in the quickest time. Hence, we use a large and reliable network of couriers to deliver your products as quickly as possible, Tentatively (3-5 days).

The entire order amount (including shipping charges) will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your desired location.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

Cash on Delivery order is shipped only when verified by Oxolloxo’s Customer Assistance team via email or phone.

To avail of Cash on Delivery service, please make sure that all the products placed in your cart are applicable for Cash on Delivery.

Please do not open the product package without making the payment at the time of delivery. 

If the product package is already open or damaged in any condition at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order.
