An exchange order will be placed by us after we get a return request from the customer.
Refund will be done only in the form of “oxolloxo credit” which will be equivalent to the value of the order that has been returned to us. If Parcel is sent by you
It may be possible that a pickup facility is not available at your area pincode. In this case, you have to send the parcel back to us. We will refund the additional charges borne by you to ship the parcel back to us. Please share the courier receipt in this case. Refund will be done in the form of oxolloxo credit for a maximum of Rs 200/-

The item should be returned in original packing. We recommend using reliable courier services to keep track of orders. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result in billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage.
