Please do not accept an order if its seal is broken or if the product is unsealed at the time of delivery. In such a case, orders will not be accepted if returned.

Return items must be unused and unwashed.

After we get a return request we will reach you by email or WhatsApp for return, exchange or refunds.

An exchange order will be placed by us after we get a return request from the customer.

Refund will be done only in the form of “oxolloxo credit” which will be equivalent to the value of the order that has been returned to us. You can use this at www.oxolloxo.com in your future purchases at oxolloxo.com to get an equivalent deduction in the total amount. This order will be placed from the backend.

Shipping Charges are nonrefundable & applicable on return/exchange. Return for refund will be chargeable of equivalent amount of courier charges.

If Parcel is sent by you
It may be possible that a pickup facility is not available at your area pincode. In this case, you have to send the parcel back to us. We will refund the additional charges borne by you to ship the parcel back to us. Please share the courier receipt in this case. Refund will be done in the form of oxolloxo credit for a maximum of Rs 200/-

The item should be returned in original packing. We recommend using reliable courier services to keep track of orders. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods (s) during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result in billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage. The return will be closed within 15 days from the day we receive the item(s) to be returned from the customer.
